Billy Esposito
We are delighted to introduce Billy Esposito, a compassionate
psychotherapist who has recently graduated from the University of Denver with a
Master’s in Social Work. Building upon a solid foundation in Psychology from the
University of South Florida, Billy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to
the room.
With a wide range of experience including therapy with individuals involved
in the legal system to working with struggling teenagers and the families that love
them, Billy has gained a deep understanding of the complexities individuals face
in their lives. This valuable experience has shaped Billys approach, creating a
safe and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
Billy is dedicated to developing personalized treatment plans to meet the
unique needs of each client. Specializing in evidence-based modalities such as
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and
Motivational interviewing. Billy aims to create emotional regulation, stabilize
impulse control, and address any substance abuse issues that may be playing a
negative role in an individual’s life. Billy is eager to continue his mission of
empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives and making them feel safe in their
own body. He believes in creating a compassionate and supportive environment,
fostering trust and open communication with every client.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Billy values a balanced lifestyle. He
finds joy in going to the gym, spending time at the beach, engaging in sports, and
savoring and cooking good food. Building meaningful connections with family and
friends is also an essential aspect of his life outside of work.
Billy understands that taking the first step into therapy can be intimidating,
but he wants potential clients to know that it doesn't have to be. With a warm and
supportive approach, Billy aims to empower individuals to utilize their strengths
